Books/Podcasts/Websites...
As you prepare for the birth of your baby you may be overwhelmed by all the information out there. What books should you actually read? What websites are best? Well, I've been doing this for a little while now so I've rounded up some of my favorites for you. This is by no means complete! If you come across something that was helpful to you and you don't see it on my list let me know and I'll add it!
Some of my favorites:
- Ina May's Guide to Childbirth
- The Birth Partner
- Natural Hospital Birth: the Best of Both Worlds
- The Baby Book
- The No-Cry Sleep Solution
In case reading isn't your thing:
- The Birth Hour
- The Birthful Podcast
- The Postpartum Podcast
- Informed Pregnancy Podcast
ok, well you can google it, but also check out these websites:
- Evidence Based Birth (by far my favorite)
- The Utah Birth Forum (FB group)
- Car seat installation
- M.O. Body and Birth FB page (of course!)
I take an unbiased approach to vaccines and circumcision. If you would like more information on those topics, I will refer you to the Utah Birth Forum where you can do a search and find a plethora of conversations/websites/links.
