I have a strong passion for massage and bodywork and how amazing the benefits are not only physically but mentally. I trained at Myotherapy College of Utah, graduated in March of 2018 and have been busy ever since learning all I can to bring my best for my clients.

I got into massage after becoming a doula 5 years ago, knowing the 2 fit perfectly together. I credit my mom, who is my rock and inspiration, for my love of childbirth. I trained with DONA as a labor doula and have kept up my education and professional development through conferences and workshops. While I am not currently taking new doula clients, I do offer prenatal massage as a way to stay in touch with the birth world. I work closely with other doulas and birth professionals, some of which include a prenatal massage with me as part of their packages.

In my free time I love to enjoy the nature that we have in Utah. I enjoy running with my fur children, Dexter and Dottie. I love to exercise, hike, camp, and chill by all the lakes in the summer. I traveled a lot when I was younger and now I get to travel with my husband, Braley, whom I've been married to for six years.

I am down to earth when it comes to my massage practice. I want to give you a wonderful relaxing experience that leaves you refreshed but also lets you know you got some work done. I don’t have all the answers but I am always striving to further my knowledge. There is so much to know, so much to learn, and I love a good challenge.
